Can I describe the haircut myself?

The edit is meant to restyle only the hair. Your face, expression, clothes, and background stay the same. A clear front-facing photo gives the closest match.

What photo works best?

Use a recent selfie in daylight, with your full face and hair visible. Avoid hats, sunglasses, heavy filters, and photos of more than one person.

That is the point of the try-on. A pixie, a bob, or bangs can be previewed on your photo before a salon appointment.

How long does one preview take?

Most looks finish within a minute. The progress bar stays on screen while the photo model works.

Is my photo stored?

No. The image is sent to generate the preview and is not saved on IsItClean.

Can I download the result?

Yes. After the preview appears, use Download preview to save the image.

Why does the result look a little different?

Lighting, hair tucked behind an ear, or a tilted angle can shift the result. A straight-on photo with hair down is the most reliable.
